Very happy with the look, tremendous quality and function of these handrails. Better than others we looked into with the single post because of the extended rail that works with my parent’s three steps to a front entry of their home.

The hardware provided worked great, and thankful for the (1) extra anchor, since one hole wasn’t drilled deep enough after driving it in, and the removal ruined it.

Our stainless steel handrail is sturdy and attractive. We had some trouble with the self-tapping screws stripping and not going all the way in using the supplied driver bit, but this improved when we switched to another driver bit we had on hand. It looks great and is very strong. We cleaned it with stainless steel cleaner sprayed on a microfiber cloth, and we have not been concerned with fingerprints on the handrail. This was one of the last steps completed in an extensive remodel project, and we are happy with the outcome!

The rail and brackets were superbly fashioned and very substantial. We couldn’t be happier.
I can't recommend Luis and Optimum Works highly enough. The quality of the handrails exceeded our expectations. They are gorgeous! And don't worry about longer rails coming in sections. They fit together so solidly, you won't even notice the seam. We were installing the rails into a concrete block wall, and made a minor adjustment of shifting to TapCon screws. That made the install even easier! Luis sent touch up paint that covered the blue TapCon **** heads nicely. We had a quote for custom hand rails of nearly $6,000. By ordering from Optimum Works, we got a superior product, installed them ourselves in 1 afternoon and saved over $4000.00. You would be crazy not to order from Luis!
Great quality and great customer service. Every person that comes into our home makes a comment about how much they like the hand rails. Glad we decided to go this way instead of painting our old wood rail.

The railing is very well made. It came with all the hardware, drill bits, and touch up paint/coating needed to install. A very helpful email with installation video was also sent over. I will definitely be using Optimum for any future railings I need.

You need to reposition the **** holes it is not possible to catch a wall stud straight on. Also the supplied screws are way too long.
Ordered a 14’ stair handrail. The rail is beautiful and very well made. Optimum included everything I needed for a successful installation, in addition to videos online. The installation was smooth and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!!

We ordered an 11 ft rail. Came in 2 5.5 lengths. Very heavy duty n impressive looking. Gets compliments from everyone
We originally thought we needed a 12 ft rail; then realized we needed an 11 ft. I sent an email about an hour after the 12 ft order placed and they immediately responded with confirmation that we can change it to 11 ft. Good communication n we did get the correct size.
