This stair rail works perfectly for what we needed. It feels good to hold and it’s obviously great quality. It came in a timely manner. definitely recommend!

Purchased the square stainless steel handrail 42” long. Our installation would be outdoors onto a stuccoed cinderblock wall, so we upgraded to 316 version as suggested for outdoor use.
When it arrived a few weeks later, I was impressed with the weight and quality.
The online install videos were great. With the exception of the masonry drill bit, all hardware was provided. The plates that cover the screws into the wall would not 'snap' into place, but a dab of silicone solved this issue.
The rail blends perfectly with the nearby stainless steel gate. As we are not getting any younger, this handrail is the perfect safety addition to the steps leading to our front door.

I ordered these handrails to replace plain white painted wooden ones and they make the place pop! They came with little details like touch up paint for the screws; product was excellently wrapped and shipped.

My spouse had a nasty fall off the two steps between two rooms and experienced a compound fracture that broke both bones above the ankle. We decided we needed a handrail that would go with our 125 year-old Victorian home. We ordered a 14 inch Volute railing with solid end caps with two brackets. It came in about two weeks and we are very happy with it. It is VERY solid and weighs more than we expected. The only modification needed was the four pilot holes I had to drill in the railing in order use the self–tapping screws (included) to attach the brackets. The plate on the bottom is at least 1/8 inch thick. Luckily, I had a good selection of sharp drill bits!

Strongly recommend those handrail. The quality and the finish of the product excellent. The handrails are robust (I ordered 3 with different sizes) and easy to mount.
Last but not least, the price is very reasonable compared to other shops.
We ordered 2 square metal handrails for our U-shaped stairway. Both were received in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Installation was easy for 2 people...couldn't be more pleased, and would highly recommend! The instructional video was also very helpful.

Purchased one handrail before replacing the remainder throughout our home. Expensive, but well worth the price. Easy to wipe down and extremely sturdy.
We purchased this handrail to coordinate with an existing 75-year old railing in our church. It's not a perfect match, but wouldn't be noticed by most people. We did need to drill pilot holes in the railing, so we appreciated the included drill bit. The railing is solid and will be a great help to our elderly church members.
I can’t say enough about the beautiful rails I received for both sides of my stairs. They look so nice and I’ve received compliments on how pretty they look. I ordered Stair Rails they showed up well wrapped and boxed . The quality is outstanding the install went great after I changed the install stud bolts .
I rounded out 5 of the Philp head bolts and had to do drywall work after having to cut off a couple bolt heads . So I went with 2 1/2" deck bolts I have after that everything went smooth .

The Volute Single Post is perfect for our modern farmhouse style home with a single step entry. Very clean ironwork with simple, sturdy design. I reinforced the attachment to my deck’s older wood steps using steel angle iron secured with 3/8” nuts and bolts. Totally worth a little extra effort. Just in time for Halloween and first snowfall.

We purchased minimalist handrail to replace existing square oak handle rail installed by the builder. we installed tow handrails, one on each side of the stair well, to improve safety of grandchildren and older adults using the stairs.
