- Self-tapping screws to attach brackets to the handrail
- Lag bolts (Wood) or anchor bolts (Cement or brick) for wall attachment in *personalization*
- Custom measurements are rounded up to the next foot
- (Order the next size up and request your exact measurement in personalization)
- Great quality and craftsmanship
- Finish options (High quality anti-rust paint: Matte black, Semi-gloss black, grey primer *other custom colors available for extra charge*)
- 1 1/2 “ spacing from wall
- Custom measurements are rounded up every 6 inches
- Handrails are installed at 34"-36" inches above the floor
- *Lengths over 94" inches will be split into two pieces and lengths over 204" inches will be split into 3 pieces that are easy to assemble*

I can’t say enough about the beautiful rails I received for both sides of my stairs. They look so nice and I’ve received compliments on how pretty they look. The customer service was excellent and personable. When I needed my questions answered, I was able to communicate directly by phone or was able to receive communication via email almost immediately. The company was so helpful with my needs and very transparent. I received the rails in one complete piece, as I had requested, and they were packaged well. I was surprised at how this could be done with the rails being so long. I highly recommend Optimum and have already told my friends about the excellent service and quality of the product. It arrived on time. Well packaged. The rail & sides are what I wanted, but the ends are curled around in more than a circle. Not what is pictured, or what I wanted. Didn’t want the expense & time of returning & replacing, so will deal.
The detail and design of the hand rail is excellent. It was packaged very well and arrived without any damage or defect. It was a 15’ hand rail shipped in 2 pieces. All the necessary hardware was included and even included some stairs and touch up paint.

Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication and the product wasn’t the correct size (length). Luis was kind enough to tell me that he would redo the rail. I am still waiting for the new one. I will be happy to write more after I receive it.
