Great quality and great customer service. Every person that comes into our home makes a comment about how much they like the hand rails. Glad we decided to go this way instead of painting our old wood rail.

The hand rails look great in our home and customer service was proactive— verifying whether the rails we ordered were for inside or outside installation— as the ones I ordered were only compliant for outdoors. Good things they checked as I used them insides they suggested a similar compliant one that was the same price. Fantastic!

• well packed, delivered as promised
• for the price, i’d expected a better finish
•• it was a bit scratched here and there and brushed finish was inconsistent
• came as two-piece rail, but joint not precise
•• slip-joint using strips of steel, a bit loose & sloppy
•• by rotating rail segments got a reasonable joint, but theres an edge that catches as hand slid on rail
•• the chamfer at the joint-end of each rail was varied noticeably. still works, but for over $800 i’d rather a nicer finish
• if the rail segments had been joined together as a unit and then ground/finished together before shipping the edge would have been greatly reduced
• when installing, plan to support the joint and level it before drilling your wall mount. otherwise, the rail will sag at the joint. obvious, but shared for those who don't do much handy work
• the rail steel is very hard, be ready to replace provided twist drill (and a few more) when drilling pilot holes for brackets
• the self tapping screws will not penetrate the rail without a pilot hole
• a couple extra self tapping screws would be a nice addition to the kit—just in case

Beautiful item and the seller was very helpful. The shipping was fast and protected the handrail from any kind of damage. I would definitely use them again.

Basic love the rails. My only nit is that the underside of the brackets have sharply pointed edges, so if my thumb goes down the underside I get stabbed somewhat painfully. I need to remember to keep my hand on the top 3 sides.

Beautiful work but no instructions and the support covers have no way of being secure. The supplied drill bit is not sufficient to drill into the rail.

Bought a stainless rail and received it in timely manner. Upon opening it, found it was bent. Contacted Luis and he made another and shipped it, easy as that. The rail is beautiful, but the craftsman behind it earned all the accolades I can give him. Thank you, Luis! BTW, trust his recommendation on the number of brackets. Also, get a carbide drill bit to drill pilot holes in the rail where it attaches to the rail. You'll need it.
