Our 1.5” x 1.5” Square Black Metal Handrail is a top-selling, code-compliant handrail designed for staircases and is available in custom lengths ranging from 1 ft to 22 ft (the price of the handrail varies by length).

Each order includes the handrail in the length you choose, square L brackets, and all necessary installation hardware, and a matte black finish rated for exterior use.

Number of Brackets Included:

The number of brackets included with your handrail is based on the length of the handrail that you order. Length ranges and the corresponding number of brackets included are listed below.

  • 12" to 60" = 2 brackets
  • 61" to 96" = 3 brackets
  • 97" to 144" = 4 brackets
  • 145" to 180" = 5 brackets
  • 181" to 216" = 6 brackets
  • 217" to 264" = 7 brackets

 

Useful Tips / Important Info:

  • Height to Install
    • Handrails should be installed at 34"-38" inches above the floor (36" is standard)
  • Handrails Exceeding 94"
    • Lengths over 94" inches will be split into two pieces and lengths over 204" inches will be split into 3 pieces that are easy to assemble.
      • This leaves a small, slightly noticeable seam (reference product images for example). If you would like your handrail shipped in one piece if it exceeds 94" please contact us and provide your zip code and desired handrail length.

Yes, brackets are included along with screws. The quantity of brackets varies per length on handrail selected

Can handrails be used outdoors?
Yes, handrails can be installed outdoors as long as you are not near the ocean. If you are near the ocean and want to use products outdoors, message us.
What is the material of your handrails?
Most handrails are made of steel tubing and solid steel. There are handrails that are made of stainless steel tubing.
How to select a custom length?
To purchase a custom length, select the next size up from the length you would like. Next make sure to type in the length you would like in the box on top of the “add to cart” button.
Return policy
You have 30 days to return the handrail once you receive the order. There is a 30% restocking fee for returns. We cover the return shipping cost if needed.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation is free as long as we are notified 48 hours after order is placed. There may be a charge if we have started fabrication after 48 hours.
How long does it take to ship?
Standard shipping Once an order is made we take 10-14 days to make and ship out orders. Shipping takes 3-4 days to arrive. Total turn round 14-18 days
Is there an expedited shipping option?
Expedited shipping -select at checkout Once an order is made we take 3-6 days to make and ship out orders. Shipping takes 1-3 days to arrive. Total turn around to receive 6-9 days.
Is there an option to pick up orders if I'm local to Los Angeles, California?
Yes, select pickup from our shipping options at checkout. Orders will take 5-7 days to be ready for pick up.

Perfect Railing and Perfect Service!!!!

Railing was exactly what we were looking for. We just had our house redone, but my wife wanted a railing on the right hand side of the stairs as well. Luis and team were extremely helpful in the design and decision process. Actually one of the brackets was incorrect and the team IMMEDIATELY fedex out a new one! Highly Recomend!!

Great craftsmanship

I ordered Stair Rails they showed up well wrapped and boxed . The quality is outstanding the install went great after I changed the install stud bolts .
I rounded out 5 of the Philp head bolts and had to do drywall work after having to cut off a couple bolt heads . So I went with 2 1/2" deck bolts I have after that everything went smooth .
