I had a pretty good idea this was going to be a quality product once it was delivered and I had to unpack it. The time, energy, and materials used to package it was truly impressive. To me it showed extreme attention to detail as they obviously wanted it to arrive undamaged. Honestly it took me a good 1/2 hour just to unpack it and that was with someone helping me! The banister is gorgeous, well-constructed, and complete with all the hardware I need. Thank you for your great work!

Easy order placement from home. Rails arrived exactly as expected and look awesome. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to go custom. Their prices were much better than quotes we got locally.

Needed a custom stair railing with a specific angle where it fits under stairwell. Railing was perfectly to specs that I provided. End product is extremely well made, perfectly painted, looks great... we could not be happier. Highly recommended.

Both hand rail and stair rail fit perfectly. The team was great from initial consult to drafting and shipping was awseome.

Glad we waited.....

We had consulted with many other vendors, however none had the right cost effective product, or feel for what we wanted. Usually any questions we had were left unanswered and guidance was minimal. We decided to wait and not settle until we found what we wanted. Not quite sure why it took so long to find Optimum, however we were impressed from the start! We sent our inquiry later in the day on a Friday. Within minutes we received a phone call. Wait.....What? A REAL PERSON called us! A teleconference consultation and design call was scheduled for Monday. Our designer was knowledgeable and offered the proper guidance. The design and cost was received shortly thereafter. Any questions were addressed immediately and final approval was given. Although we received shipment a few weeks ago, we just got around to finishing the install. Installation was straightforward and we LOVE the result! Thank you!

This Railing is Eye Candy!

We installed this gorgeous custom railing yesterday, and I couldn't be more pleased. It is substantial, elegant and really puts the cherry on the top of my home renovation! Installation was quick and straightforward for 2 people. Thank you!
