Best Online Purchasing Experience Ever

The quality of the craftsmanship and customer service is second to none. I was skeptical at first, ordering over 50 ft of a customized railing design that they had never done before. My fears were put to ease immediately by Marshall who was a delight to work with. Every interaction was highly professional. Their product is extreme value for money. I originally had a quote for $23,000 for the same railing design from a South Orange County fabrication, Optimum was 50% less. When the railings arrived they were packaged professionally, each piece had its own “ crate” ensuring there would be no damage when they arrived. I literally cannot say enough good things about this company. If you want a seamless transaction, quality customer service and a product beyond your expectations you must use Optimum for your railings. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent product and customer service

I am a DIY person, and a little intimidated to install these railings and balusters myself. But, it was very easy. The product is such high quality, the measurements are precise, I almost couldn’t mess it up. The hardest part for me was unboxing because the packaging was so sturdy. I am so happy with the design, I highly recommend this product to anyone. For installation I used an impact driver, a 4 foot level, and some clamps. I had a little trouble with the self tapping screws, but was able to get them secured. Thank you!

Quality products – Quality customer service!!

Part of our basement remodel included changing out the existing handrails and stair railing. I asked my contractor to get a quote from his metal guy in local Baltimore, MD (I’m about 20 miles south of there). While he was checking with them, I found Optimum Works, Inc. online and asked them for a quote after I read a ton of impressive reviews about the company. They promptly replied and Optimum’s quotes turned out to be WAY more reasonable than anyone else that we could find, and their reviews convinced me to go with them. So, I ordered my rails. Optimum’s customer interaction process is phenomenal. I received several detailed emails as well as had a scheduled video call with their designer to ensure that the measurements that I provided were true to what would be manufactured for me. A couple of weeks later, after receiving and installing the rails, I was blown away by their ruggedness and quality! However,… In the lighting in our stairwell, I noticed that the handrail’s black finish seemed mottled on one end. I contacted Optimum online to ask them the best way to refinish the end to make it uniform along the length of the rail. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a personal response from Luis Loera, the founder and CEO of Optimum Works, Inc., who kindly told me that they would immediately replace the rail. Sure enough, the new one arrived and it looks wonderful! Not only does Optimum Works make sturdy and quality custom metal products, but combined with their prices that beat everybody, and the phenomenal customer service that I experienced, I couldn’t imagine using any other vendor. As a matter of fact, my contractor was blown away by their quality and price, so he asked for the company’s info for the future servicing of his customers. Thank you Luis and everyone at Optimum Works for not only making our basement look and feel top notch, but for providing a very rare and wonderful customer experience. (Luis, the JITB tacos didn’t make the trip. LOL! (Inside joke))

The process takes time because, together, you are creating engineering drawings. Once finalized, the railings were finished in about 3 weeks. They are statement in our home which elevates the space to a new level.

Couldnt be happier with the quality and ease of installation. Received a 14foot long piece that was in perfect condition and the long length made for fast and simple installation. Dealing with the designers was also wonderful. They supply everything including bolts and even touch up paint. Highly recomended.

Perfect!

It is absolutely perfect. It brought our 80s home into this century. The banister and handrail arrived well packaged with no damage. The installation was very easy with the videos we were given. Only criticism is that we hoped for some more information about what to measure before our design call. We had two calls to make sure we were measuring the right things, and it's really good we did, or it wouldn't have fit. The installation tutorial videos gave a lot of good information on how to measure, so they would have been helpful before that call. All around very impressed!

More Than Satisfied

I bought custom stair way rails as well as a hand rail. Installation was rather easy with some basic power tools. I was basically able to do it all myself as well, just needed a little help lifting them into place. One tip I wish I had is that I had one of them come with a wall mount, well I wish it didn’t. Definitely the most difficult part of the installation and not necessary whatsoever.

Very Impressed!

When we first contacted Optimim Works about our project replacing old flooring and updating our guardrail, we were immediately confident that this crew knew what they were doing. Luis and staff were very communicative and understood our request, especially after we used FaceTime to show our space requirements. When we went ahead with the purchase, their drawings were very easy to understand and allowed us to make a few adjustments. I was especially impressed with the turnaround time and the shipping! I included a photo of the crate our eight-foot guardrail came in. Not only was the product well packaged, but the little packet with instructions and all the little things needed to make the installation perfect. Such as video instructions, touch-up paint, and a paint brush! They even included a screw bit used to remove the guardrail from the crate it was shipped in. They thought of everything! I highly recommend Optimum Works.

This railing is solid. Quality is great. Order time and delivery was great. The package was perfect to protect the railing. The primary reason we went with metal is this is at my son’s house and he has 2 cats that would claw a wood railing. But the metal just looks great. Love it thank you for a great product and great service.
