I can't recommend Luis and Optimum Works highly enough. The quality of the handrails exceeded our expectations. They are gorgeous! And don't worry about longer rails coming in sections. They fit together so solidly, you won't even notice the seam. We were installing the rails into a concrete block wall, and made a minor adjustment of shifting to TapCon screws. That made the install even easier! Luis sent touch up paint that covered the blue TapCon **** heads nicely. We had a quote for custom hand rails of nearly $6,000. By ordering from Optimum Works, we got a superior product, installed them ourselves in 1 afternoon and saved over $4000.00. You would be crazy not to order from Luis!

Arrived “packaged with perfection!” My first clue this was a “class” company! The install (by our professional carpenter,) took one hour and 10 minutes! The finished project is exactly as it was advertised; perfect length, perfect paint, perfect hardware, with easy to follow directions and u-tube video, (which I watched to ease my mind, that this project was doable.)
