Very Impressed!

When we first contacted Optimim Works about our project replacing old flooring and updating our guardrail, we were immediately confident that this crew knew what they were doing. Luis and staff were very communicative and understood our request, especially after we used FaceTime to show our space requirements. When we went ahead with the purchase, their drawings were very easy to understand and allowed us to make a few adjustments. I was especially impressed with the turnaround time and the shipping! I included a photo of the crate our eight-foot guardrail came in. Not only was the product well packaged, but the little packet with instructions and all the little things needed to make the installation perfect. Such as video instructions, touch-up paint, and a paint brush! They even included a screw bit used to remove the guardrail from the crate it was shipped in. They thought of everything! I highly recommend Optimum Works.

This railing is solid. Quality is great. Order time and delivery was great. The package was perfect to protect the railing. The primary reason we went with metal is this is at my son’s house and he has 2 cats that would claw a wood railing. But the metal just looks great. Love it thank you for a great product and great service.

great quality product and special details given to packaging and shipping still trying to figure out how the end of the hand railing attached to the top of stair baluster. I have 7 brackets (all the same) and they seem to be for the hand railing to wall mounts.

Excellent craftsmanship!

I ordered a custom angled banister handrail and I’m so happy with how it looks. It fit exactly as we measured it. The delivery arrived and was professionally packaged to prevent damage during transport. The video instructions were also super helpful and made the installation easy. Now that the rails are done, I’m now forced to upgrade my stair steps to complete this transformation.

Outdoor Staircase railing

I am pleased with the results of our railing. Here are a couple of things we experienced: - the welded female receivers inside the corner posts broke off when attaching two pieces of railing together - the long railing piece was a few inches too long and we will have to extend our first step to accommodate - the orientation of the railing piece without attachment feet was unclear (we initially had it upside down) - attaching the stair railing to the deck railing wasn’t an exact science as they didn’t line up exactly. I’ve never done this before, and I know it’s hard to get these things exact when providing measures remotely. All in all very pleased with the results though! 😀

I had a pretty good idea this was going to be a quality product once it was delivered and I had to unpack it. The time, energy, and materials used to package it was truly impressive. To me it showed extreme attention to detail as they obviously wanted it to arrive undamaged. Honestly it took me a good 1/2 hour just to unpack it and that was with someone helping me! The banister is gorgeous, well-constructed, and complete with all the hardware I need. Thank you for your great work!
