Took a chance ordering online this beautiful hand rail to replace an ugly, builder grade one. The modern lines on this rail transformed our stairway with a high level of sophistication and quality. A little patience (if installing railings isn't your day job) is involved with the installation, but the Optimum team have done a great job with installation videos and phone support. I would recommend and have Optimum products to friends, family and neighbors.
