- 2 modern L brackets or more if required (brackets come loose so you can place them where you need)
- Self-tapping screws to attach brackets to the handrail
- Lag bolts (Wood) or anchor bolts (Cement or brick) for wall attachment in *personalization*
- Custom measurements are rounded up to the next foot

You have 30 days to return the handrail once you receive the order.
There is a 30% restocking fee for returns. We cover the return shipping cost if needed.
Cancellation is free as long as we are notified 48 hours after order is placed.
There may be a charge if we have started fabrication after 48 hours.

I'm trying to get help right now with putting two piece railing together. No reply yet. Quality is awesome. Video was very helpful how to install. No phone or live help with putting 2 piece railing together though. Waiting for reply right now.

Very sturdy and looks great! Was easier to mark the holes and drill the holes on the ground than drill upsidedown like the video. Happy with the purchase.
