We originally thought we needed a 12 ft rail; then realized we needed an 11 ft. I sent an email about an hour after the 12 ft order placed and they immediately responded with confirmation that we can change it to 11 ft. Good communication n we did get the correct size.

Packing of the railing was superb! Tube did receive a little damage from FedEx but no damage to the railing. Was worried about the transition between the 2 pieces of railing would be, it is flawless!! If you're worried about the quality of this item? Don't be!! The handrails are of great quality, the brackets and hardware complete and the extra screws a nice touch. With the tutorial on Optimum's web site, installation was straight forward. The railings are providing a touch of class and elegance as well as a needed function on my outside entry way.
