- Custom measurements are rounded up to the next foot
- (Order the next size up and request your exact measurement in personalization) *ADA Compliant handrail inspection approved* (Perfect for homeowners or commercial property owners)

Our stainless steel handrail is sturdy and attractive. We had some trouble with the self-tapping screws stripping and not going all the way in using the supplied driver bit, but this improved when we switched to another driver bit we had on hand. It looks great and is very strong. We cleaned it with stainless steel cleaner sprayed on a microfiber cloth, and we have not been concerned with fingerprints on the handrail. This was one of the last steps completed in an extensive remodel project, and we are happy with the outcome!
I ordered this handrail kit for my house and was very impressed by the quality of the material and by the craftsmanship. The kit came with everything I needed plus extra brackets that I didn’t need because the 3 brackets I installed were more than enough support. I highly recommend buying from Optimum Handrails, you will not be disappointed.
I was disappointed that when I ordered it(9 feet)it didn't give me the option to have it in one piece when I paid for it. I didn't read all the way at the bottom that over 8 feet it comes in 2 pieces…regardless, there was no choice at the point of purchase. It took about 5 days to get an email asking me if I wanted to spend an additional $90.00 to have it in one piece shipping. It was almost $800.00. Before the additional $90.00. Then it took another 5-7 business days to receive it GROUND SHIPPING. After all that, it is beautiful and very modern. My only problem with it is when you are holding it going down the stairs when you get to the anchors that have the screws…they are extremely sharp and cut my hand. I am having my contractor file it down so it does not happen again. Even with all the issues, I am happy with the product.

High quality product, beautiful workmanship. I wanted to update my wood stair railing after an extensive renovation of our finished basement. This was perfect. Although I was hesitant to order stainless steel for fear of fingerprints, it turns out that isn't a problem after all. Once in a while I polish it with Zep Stainless Steel Polish but, regardless, it always looks flawless.
